RETURNS AND REFUNDS RETURN POLICY
1. There is only one time return policy for all the products.
2. Customers can return their order within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order. For customised/personalised orders there is no returns.
3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original barcodes and packaging intact.
4. To schedule a return, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.
5. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
6. The product will be delivered to you in 7-10 business days. To schedule a return, please write to us at email@example.com. You can return your order within 10 days from order delivery. For more details refer FAQ's. There is only one time return policy but for specialized products (viz boxers, customised tees, hoodies, holi collections, giftbags, giftbox, chocolate boxes, Candles, herbal colors , clearance sale, mask & essentials ) there is no return.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 10 days of its date of delivery.
2. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address in order to place the order & ask for a refund.

How long the refund procedure takes?
1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
Where should I return my product?
We will arrange a pickup from our courier services & before arranging the pickup for return we will update you via email about the pickup time & then the product shall be returned. You can also send the product to us at the given address provided below.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

4. Any unclaimed refunds will be automatically converted to store credit after one month of the request.
